About Our Community

Southlands subdivision is a swim and tennis community located in the southeast corner of Cherokee County, Georgia, off Hwy 92 and W. Wiley Bridge Road.

The Southlands Homeowners Association is a "mandatory membership" HOA. It is our objective to maintain a quality standard of living by maintaining the amenities and enforcing the covenants and bylaws of our community.

Basketball Court

2 Basketball goals and a nice large playground

Clubhouse

2 bathrooms available for both pool and tennis/playground facilities. Brick chimney grill for cooking while enjoying pool days.

Swimming Pool

The Southlands pool is open to all residents and their guests in good standing with the HOA.

Tennis Court

Two hard-court surface tennis courts and 4 lined pickleball courts are available to Southlands residents.
