Southlands subdivision is a swim and tennis community located in the southeast corner
of Cherokee County, Georgia, off Hwy 92 and W. Wiley Bridge Road.
The Southlands Homeowners Association is a "mandatory membership" HOA. It is our objective to maintain a quality standard of living by maintaining the amenities and enforcing the covenants and bylaws of our community.
